How and when will my order ship?
Your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 business days. Once it ships you’ll receive an email with your tracking information, and you should receive your package within five business days.
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll replace the product or refund your money for the cost of the products. To initiate your return, email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase, and please be sure to include your order number in the message. Shipping is non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
If you purchased product from an authorized Badlands Organics retailer, please contact them directly to learn about their return policy.
My package arrived damaged and/or my product is broken — what should I do?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make this right and ship you out another package ASAP.
Are Badlands Organics products or ingredients tested on animals?
Neither the ingredients in Badlands Organics nor our finished products are tested on animals, and with the exception of beeswax and honeyquat in a few of our products, most of the line is vegan.
What is the shelf life of my Badlands Organics product?
Badlands Organics are best used within one year of purchase, and it is important that they are kept in a cool, stable environment away from direct heat and sunlight.
